  If I could rate this place zero stars I would. The lady who answers the phone is absolutely rude. She gave me an incorrect website to look through the catalog (I ended up googling the fireplace brand to find correct website) and when I called back after waiting days for someone to contact me to schedule an appointment she told me to just call somewhere else. Unacceptable customer service I’d say. Don’t waste your time with this company.
