  My wife and I have had nothing but exceptional service from Dixie Consignment. Staff and owner are helpful and courteous. We understand the consign contract and make a point of calling about the progress of our goods. At the time we signed the contract we were told it was OUR responsibility to inquire if a check was waiting for us. The store would not call us due to the multitude of calls that would have to be made. (and the chance we may never be reached). I am always amazed at the individuals that fail to take responsibility for their own actions. As an adult I would have hoped others would have learned this by now, but, some are always ready to blame someone else when the responsibility of their actions lies solely with them.
