  Great customer service. I've always liked Lifetime products, so we came looking for kayaks. They had several factory seconds that were great and saved us a LOT of money.

  I recently purchased 2 sheds at the factory seconds sale. I don't recall the gentleman's name that helped me, but he proceeded to make me feel like an idiot AFTER I purchased the sheds saying they have them on those sales all year long. After of which he gave me the shed that had the worst conditioned box of the group (literally falling apart) proceeded to CRASH the forklift into my truck while loading the shed without saying a word, and then put a single piece of tape over the open box end that was hanging over my tailgate once it was loaded even when I told him I had over a 200 mile journey to make. You would think after all the business I gave them they would have treated me a little better and owned up to their mistakes. This was my first and LAST experience at a lifetime store. Still waiting to hear back from the general manager!!! 03/06/2018
