On Thursday I came in to find that not only was it not ready, it had just barely been soldered. I was promised my ring by Friday at 3, which again was not the case. No help or apology was offered for the ring that I still have not received back as of Friday night. I would not recommend them for getting something done in a timely manner, or listening to your concerns.
