  I stopped in on 11/16 to get a pair of ladies dress pants shortened in the length by 1” on both legs. Sherry said they are 4 weeks out and I was looking at 12/16 to get them back. I confirmed what she said was correct, that we were looking at 12/16 to get 1 pair of pants shortened by 1” in both legs. Sherry confirmed that was correct, then said, maybe 3 weeks. I just looked at her. I said I needed them before Thanksgiving, which was 5 business days. Sherry said we can put a rush on it for 50% more and get them back to you by 11/22, day before Thanksgiving. I went along with it to see if anything else would be offered. Nope. So I agreed. I got a call the next day, 11/17 in the morning around 10am saying they were done and could be picked up. I went and picked them up and will never go there again. The length was correct and the hem job was fine. This is run by 2 ladies and this is the approach to business? They were legitimately 4 weeks out with work and my pair of pants were so important they were done in 24 hours. That’s one way to run a business.

  I bought a long sleeve collared REEF brand shirt. However the shirt tail was too long. The challenge of this alteration was the unique stitching REEF put, at the two points were the front and back shirt tails joins. That upside down V on both sides of the shirt. They were not sure if they could save it. I got the shirt back a few days ago and I was blown away! The length was perfect and they somehow reproduced this unique detail exactly were the front and back shirt tails join. Cant wait to wear it!!! Thanks!!!
