I’m sorry but I agree with many others. We attempted to get batteries for our iPhone 6s mobile phones. We attempted calling, but no answer. Finally drove to the store and were told we should have called because they could not check our phones without an appointment. Got an appointment and returned. Told Apple required testing the phones. If it met Apple criteria, they could then order batteries. About an hour later we were given the good news we could order new batteries. Later, we get a call at 4:45pm Friday afternoon. I’m told my battery is in. Initially, he refused to check on my wife’s, but finally did and both were in. He then told me I had only 48 hours to get the batteries installed or he would return them to Apple and we would start all over at the beginning. Told the only openings were Monday. I had to repeatedly explain we could not do it Monday. Finally, I was told we could bring them on Saturday but they would need the phones for 3-6 hours to change the two batteries. All of this was handled by each of the people we dealt with in a rude, unconcerned manner. Saturday morning we decided we did not want to trust this place with our phones, especially with reviews saying their Apple products were returned in repaired or with more problems. Found another store with excellent ratings that repaired Apple products. Walked in and were greeted by a very nice, outgoing young man that immediately put us at ease. In less than an hour our phones had new batteries and were ready to go. During the time we were there he also took care of. 4-5 other customers with equal ease.

Not qualified to work on all iphone products unless you agree to no liability on their part. Multiple staff members, so wait times aren't bad for sales but repairs only has one "qualified" personnel who is hardly there, making repair requests take far longer than should be necessary. Personnel knowledge level is around 'C', the sales team tends to know the basics of some of their products, but are lacking a good in-depth knowledge, which I believe every customer should be able to learn prior to purchasing a new apple product.
