  The customer service was excellent and I liked the selection of shoes. Prices were also good. However, when I got back home (Los Angeles), I found two different shoes in one of the boxes. While I accept responsibility for not checking this, I probably shouldn't have been able to leave the store with mismatched shoes. This should have been checked when I paid - but this can be easily fixed. It's just inconvenient. Lesson learned.

  Had the best time looking for shoes today. Abraham was sooo patient and helpful with me. I love there Bobs, best shoes ive ever had. Thanks for the excellent service. Shoes were at a great price way cheaper then Famous Footwear.
