  UPDATE: We were finally contacted by Sprint Corporate and we were told that because we signed an electronic agreement that whatever we were told by the sales rep or whatever we were promised does not matter. Pretty sad that Sprint is willing to do business like this and not take accountability. We used this store about 5 months ago to get new phones. We initially went in just for my wife because her phone stopped working. Once we were in there we were "sold" on an upgrade for me, as well, because of a "promotion" that was running. We were told that our bill would just be $209/per month. Our bill has consistently been between $280-$320 for the past 5 months. Whenever we call the store they refer us to speak with the salesperson who has told us several times that "it will be fixed" on our next bill, and that we will be credited the amount we have overpaid. This has not happened for 5 months now, and whenever we call the store manager or the Sprint corporate they refuse to help. This is criminal in my opinion to promise a price, and continually overcharge with no means to fix the situation. I have attached the quote we were given directly by the salesperson. The blue writing is from the actual sales person.

  Everyone is very helpful. I actually went in for a phone case that nobody else in the valley had. Their selection is pretty massive. As far as the store goes, everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. I've had bad experiences with the service, but that was in northern Utah and on the Corporate side, not store side. The only reason they get 4/5 stars is because they tried to sell me on their service after I had asked them not to. Great place otherwise.
